Hey, I’m Sarah
I’m 52, still in perimenopause, and I’m fitter, stronger and leaner than I’ve ever been in my life.
At 48 it was a different story.
I’d always been slim, I swore by running and Yoga to stay fit and ‘toned’, I ate pretty healthily and when I gained any weight - I knew how to quickly get it off.
That was until perimenopause hit!
Suddenly, I had fat on my belly (and other places) that just wouldn’t budge - no matter what I did - running more & restricting my calories just made it worse!!
This experience sent me down a research rabbit hole that ultimately took me back to university to study strength & conditioning, nutrition and psychology.
