Hi, I’m Sarah

Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach with a university education in strength & conditioning, sports nutrition and psychology. 

I believe perimenopause and beyond can be a fun and exciting time - where you get to be unapologetic about who you are and what you stand for.

AND rock a pair of skinny jeans or a body con dress -  IF that’s what you’re into! 

I also know your body’s changing and the same strategies that used to help you manage your weight in the past, just don’t seem to work as well.

I’ve been where you are…

…and I can help you turn this whole thing around!

I’m 52, still very much in perimenopause and I’m the fittest, leanest & strongest I’ve ever been in my life

  • I’m almost NEVER hungry 

  • I enjoy all my favourite foods in moderation

  • I weigh 60Kg and wear a size 8, NZ (size 4-6 US)

  • AND, I have a life!

BUT - just 4 years ago -  it was a different story!

Suddenly, my usual routine of running 3x a week and doing Yoga most days STOPPED WORKING! 

Seemingly overnight, I gained 5 kilos and I had belly fat that just wouldn’t budge!

I couldn’t explain it!

Nothing about my lifestyle had changed - so what the F was going on? 

That’s when I learned about Perimenopause and its impact on our body composition.

After spending hours consuming ‘free content’ from multiple experts I felt overwhelmed and confused - they all said something different, even completely contradictory in some cases!

Being a self-confessed geek and endlessly curious I went back to university to study the science for myself.

I figured it out and now I help other perienopausal women, just like you, lose unwanted body fat by getting lean and strong for life.

  • I have a rescue cat called Chamonix who keeps me company when I work and study
