I’m a strength, nutrition and mindset coach for peri/menopausal women who want to lose stubborn weight without feeling hungry, exhausted or giving up their social life.
A few years ago I was exactly where you are now.
I’d always been fit, slim and healthy.
I had reliable strategies to maintain my figure so I never worried too much about gaining a kilo here and there.
But at 48 my body changed.
All of a sudden I had fat on my arms and belly that just wouldn’t budge - no matter what I did.
The more I exercised and cut back on treats, the more exhausted and flabby I became!
It was demoralising - I’d always loved wearing gorgeous clothes that flattered my feminine shape, but none of my favourite outfits looked good on me anymore!
So I dressed to hide.
As much as I knew this was 'normal' in midlife - as an ex-nurse, I KNEW there had to be a physiological reason for this sudden shift.
I went down a research rabbit hole.
At first I read all the books and listened to countless podcasts.
After getting inspired by the experts I found their recommendations over-complicated and unrealistic - I mean, I still wanted a social life!!
So I made a bold move...
I went back to university to study the science for myself!
And I figured it out!
I lost the weight and I’ve kept it off for 4 years.
Now, at 53, I’m back to feeling like myself.
And it’s as easy as it was in my '30's - because I have the right strategies for my body NOW.

Initial 90 minute planning session (on zoom)
In this session we go through your intake form to understand where you’re at today. Then I help you create your big vision, for where you’d love to be by the end of our time together.
From here we map out a personalised plan that’ll get you there step-by-step.
5 x 50 minute coaching sessions (on zoom)
Every two weeks, we meet for 50 minutes to review your progress, work through any challenges that come up - including those tricky mindset hurdles that keep you stuck in old patterns - and then set your goals for the next 2 weeks so you’re always moving forward, sustainably & in a way that’s aligned with your vision.
Mon-Fri remote support
You’re not alone between our coaching sessions! Like having a coach in your pocket - you have remote access to my advice, support and coaching during business hours Monday - Friday (NZST).
Personalised nutrition strategy
I help you understand EXACTLY what you need to feel energised and satiated while still being able to enjoy your favourite foods.
We primarily focus on quality protein and whole foods so you get all the nutrients you need to fuel your workouts and life.
To keep it sustainable we figure out strategies to make space for your favourite treat foods and a healthy social life.
Personalised strength & mobility programs
I design personalised strength and mobility programs based on your current ‘training age’ that help you build strength and move with sound biomechanics - so you can get stronger without injury.
Strength training helps you replace lost muscle - without bulking up - which gives you more tone and definition, while restoring your resting metabolic rate. This makes fat loss so much easier!
We build in solid recovery strategies including: optimising your sleep, stress management and periodising your training to avoid exhaustion.
