Hey, I’m Sarah

I’m a strength, nutrition and mindset coach for perimenopausal women who want to lose stubborn weight without feeling hungry, exhausted or giving up their social life. 

A few years ago I was exactly where you are now. 

I’d always been fit, slim and healthy. 

I had reliable strategies to maintain my figure so I never worried too much about gaining a kilo here and there. 

But at 48 my body changed. 

All of a sudden I had fat on my arms and belly that just wouldn’t budge - no matter what I did. 

The more I exercised and cut back on treats, the more exhausted and flabby I became!

It was demoralising - I’d always loved wearing gorgeous clothes that flattered my feminine shape, but none of my favourite outfits looked good on me anymore!

So I dressed to hide. 

As much as I knew this was 'normal' in midlife  - as an ex-nurse, I KNEW there had to be a physiological reason for this sudden shift. 

I went down a research rabbit hole. 

At first I read all the books and listened to countless podcasts. 

After getting inspired by the experts I found their recommendations over-complicated and unrealistic - I mean, I still wanted a social life!!

So I made a bold move...

I went back to university to study the science for myself!

And I figured it out!

I lost the weight and I’ve kept it off for 4 years. 

Now, at 53, I’m back to feeling like myself. 

And it’s as easy as it was in my '30's - because I have the right strategies for my body NOW.
